This Scorpion Protection Yantra Protective Amulet (Goh Sung) is a folded and tied square protective amulet with mantras and other protective formulae contained within. This amulet depicts protective forces subduing a gyalpo king spirit. These spirits are sentient beings who were monks and practitioners in former lives that broke their vows. Unfortunately, they like to disturb practitioners who are trying hard by creating obstacles. This amulet will protect against this type of provocation. People who are born with Mewa Yellow 5 should hang this amulet as Yellow 5 people are susceptible to this spirit.

This amulet is normally placed above the main front door of ones home or entrance of ones shrine room to protect inhabitants from various negative spiritual influences. This amulet is not normally described as something to be worn.
