•    The Incense Stick is currently shipping orders on time (1-2 business days).  We refund any overages in shipping.  

•    It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.  Any orders returned due to an incorrect address will incur a cost to resend that will be the buyer's responsibility

•    Domestic:  FREE SHIPPING OVER $35.  All free shipping will be shipped USPS ground advantage. 

•    International: Buyers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, and import fees that may be charged upon delivery in their country. Please check with your local postal office for information on potential import duties, taxes, and other fees before placing an order.
