This aleppo pine resin (DRY) is imported directly from Greece and it's fragrance has bright yummy notes of lemon and eucalyptus. This is the dry version so it is much easier to handle than the sticky version. It is white when harvested and as it ages it becomes firmer and changes to beautiful buttery yellow color.
