This amulet is meant to be hung above ones front door or in the home to ward off the negative effects of Mikha. Mikha is similar to the “evil eye” in other parts of the world. Mikha is basically gossip malicious or otherwise that can accumulate and effect the wang tang (charm/charisma energy) or Lungta (Windhorse) (luck and good fortune energy) of the individual. This can be the cause of fights and stress in the home. Hung above the door it will protect all inside from the insidious effects of gossip.
The back facing part of the amulet has the healing mandala of Parnashavari or Ritod Loma Gyonma who is one of the 21 manifestations of Tara known for healing and removing disease.
